to join us for president Obama's local visit

demonstrate opposition to mooted announcements of:

* increased US troop activities in the Top End;

* more movements of nuclear warships in Darwin Harbour; and

* a new U.S. base to be established alongside Robertson Barracks

While our local leaders indulge in the glory of a presidential visit,

we're intent on demonstrating that local people maintain a vision for peace.
